Haizz..actually tis Jan 25th is having a sport competition...so we start choosing challengers....at thursday is having a high jump n running....i had both ady...so tired lerh...

 And my friends oso hurt....nicole...hurt her's right hand,leg n back...elysia...hurt her's leg...i thk..

angel...hurt her's leg...Me!hurt my right arm in high jump...u all must be furious how i hurt it...not because of the wood...^^

who knows...the competition change to June ady~so damn late eh...but oso gud...so tat all my fren can rest n recover~so competition tat day,all ppl's hand,leg,body,back &...heart? wont pain...n...everyone must +U~especially is red team~!my team!!mus win ar!!rmb ar!!dont gv up!

and...everyone who had read this....pls pray for me tat i can get 1st in high jump...tats my only change....pls~!

i jus nit one gold~jus one!!really!!pls...cus....i had made a promise lst year...i said...if i didnt win a gold tis year-2011...im not Yap..
